San Joaquin Guide Service offers outstanding rabbit hunting. The cottontail rabbit population is doing very good. Rabbit hunting provides fast-paced and exciting action. We encourage you to bring a young hunter for free. This helps to provide positive and exciting activities for young hunters and helps to ensure the future of hunting. There is no doubt you will all have a great time and will take back some great memories.
Central California Cottontail Rabbit Hunting Guide
San Joaquin Guide Services hunts rabbits on private property in Central California. Early mornings and evenings are the best time to be in the field. Shooting time begins one-half hour before sunrise to one-half hour after sunset. Shotguns, 10 gauges or smaller, with 2-6 shot works best. Several other means of take are available. Check the Department of Fish & Game Regulations.
After meeting at set time and location, we head out together. We will probably move several times, mostly spot and stalk hunting.
